Cherry Mobile App & Work Order Systems
In order to provide a real-time, accurate communication resource for our clients to evaluate each service provided by Cherry Logistics, we recently developed and launched a proprietary Mobile App and Work Order Management System. This robust resource tool was designed to take Cherry’s enhanced service performance to an even greater level of customer satisfaction with the newest mobile and web-based technology available.
Our new Cherry Mobile App and web portal interface were designed using market research and focused on capturing the voice of our customer’s expectations. This system delivers the speed and convenience of mobile and web based technology.
Cherry Mobile App – Real-Time Reporting
Our service providers use our new Cherry Mobile App to receive service alerts, report services, record site inspections, create work proposals and report any incidents—right on site! Services are reported and stamped in real-time using our Mobile App with GPS verification. The Cherry Mobile App also allows our service providers to include photos of the completed services and site conditions along with any service note.
Cherry Logistics on-staff meteorologists use our new system to create and communicate local forecasts to our customers, service providers and employees. Utilizing the system’s weather map functions and customer location overlays, our Meteorology staff works with our Service Delivery team to notify and dispatch our service providers of winter weather events.
Our Meteorology staff also uses our system tools to assess the official reporting stations’ temperatures, certified snow totals, and weather conditions in each service area. This data is available for our customers and providers for verification of their service records.
Cherry Logistics Customer Web Portal
Whether you’re a single location manager or a property manager responsible for several locations, you can access our web portal to view your real-time, service statuses. The portal is web-based and designed to be used on various platforms, therefore Cherry Logistics customers can access location services information anywhere—allowing you to view and manage:

- Service contracts details and service agreements
- Location sitemaps
- Report any location incidents
- Request additional services
Certified snow event data
Customer Service Reports
You can view your own location-specific, detailed service reports that include real-time GPS information, with on-site, timestamped service photos, notes and billing statuses. All services can be exported into an Excel document to integrate within your own reporting system.
